This is a grounded, courageous space to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine the path ahead. Through integral coaching, ecotherapy, and hands-on earthskills experiences, I walk alongside individuals, families, organisations and communities who feel called to live and work with deeper ecological integrity, relational wholeness, and purpose.
Rooted in an integral approach, my work explores the interconnection between self and the systems that surround and sustain us – and live within us – revitilising our collective capacity to navigate change, awaken clarity, weave new insights into daily life, and move towards a way of being that is anchored in reciprocity and regenerative practices.
Above all, this is a supportive space in which your journey is met with presence and care.
My approach
The Integral Earthways approach views each person as interconnected within the wider web of life – shaped by ecological, ancestral and cultural contexts. Emerging from years of personal practice, enquiry and training, my work is an offering – to be of service to humanity, in these times of challenge and change, and, through our interconnection, to all life on this beautiful planet.
As an integral coach and ecotherapist, my work responds directly to your needs, and our time together will be shaped as such.
As an extension of this, and an embodied expression of our place within nature, I work with a passionate collective of skills keepers to offer hands-on earthskills workshops and experiences. This is a pathway back to belonging to the land, and to ourselves as resourceful, resilient and interconnected beings, and it is work I have been honoured to hold and nurture for the past seven years.
Outdoors or online
Outdoor coaching and ecotherapy sessions are held in the beautiful food gardens (and surrounding green belts) at Soil for Life in Constantia, Cape Town – a unique setting for conversations in and with nature, and group activities, and a community project close to my heart.
Online sessions are held via Zoom or WhatsApp, enabling us to connect from (almost) anywhere on earth.
